RUSLAN ALAKBAROV is a real estate veteran having worked for over 10 years with SOFAZ, the sovereign wealth fund of Azerbaijan as the deputy Chief Investment Officer and Head of Real Estate. During his tenure at SOFAZ, Ruslan originated and built the Real Estate platform and launched the Fund-of-Funds program for SOFAZ. In this capacity, he deployed over $3bn in international real estate and $1bn in private equity investments across Europe, APAC and the US. In this time, Ruslan cultivated key relationships with decision-makers at sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, insurance companies, as well as the major private equity and real estate fund managers. He holds a B.S. in International Business, Economics, and Finance from Lancaster University and an MSc in Economics from Universita Bocconi. Ruslan has the CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) designation.

DMITRY AFANASIEV started his finance career in London in 1996 at Prudential-Bache in exchange-traded energy and financial derivatives (IPE & LIFFE). His investment banking career at DLJ, Lehman Brothers and CSFB comprised M&A and syndicated corporate financings in London and New York, spanning biotechnology, energy, heavy industrials and consumer products. Dmitry participated in M&A transactions with an aggregate value over $30bn. He was involved in raising debt and equity capital of $10bn. Dmitry is a British national and graduated with an MSc in Economics from the State University of Management (SUM). He is the FSA (UK) and GSRE (US) registered securities professional. Since 2007, Dmitry has resided in Switzerland where he lives in Zug with his family.​ His outside interests are soil remediation, edge digital infra and microgrids.​

TED SULLIVAN has provided guidance on real estate investments, totaling $3.2 billion in equity capital, acting on behalf of AIG, Deutsche Bank, ESR, Heitman, and Capital Partners. His expertise spans various sectors, including office, hospitality, residential and logistics. Ted's professional journey led him to Tokyo and Beijing, while overseeing CBRE's international operations. In his role as a Managing Director at Capital Partners, Ted specialized in real estate development, investment, and asset management, overseeing completed assets valued at $2.5bn. Ted commenced his career with CBRE in Los Angeles and holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). Ted and his family reside in Barcelona, Spain.​

CHRIS ORCUTT has a diverse background of investment and industry knowledge with 14 years on sell-side as the Managing Director of Strategas Research Partners, a macroeconomic and investment strategy policy research firm in Washington, DC. His institutional investment experience includes IPOs, execution of equity and credit securities trading, while serving as the Head of Distribution of thematic US equity investments at Strategas Asset Management. More recently, after a successful divesture in 2020, Chris was a founding member and shareholder of Radioisotope Life Sciences (RLS USA), the former radiopharmaceutical division of GE Healthcare. Chris earned a B.S. in Economics from Bryant University and a certificate of completion in International Economics from the London School of Economics. Chris resides with his family in Connecticut, United States.
